Our interns open the door to their tech journey at ITSector.

Every journey starts with a choice. For the talent group of interns at ITSector, the decision to begin their tech careers with us is a story worth telling. That’s why we created the We Choose ITSector mini-series – a space for these young professionals to share their experiences, what inspired them to apply, and how they’re shaping their careers with us.

In this series, we introduce nine interns from different development centers, each focusing on technologies like React, Android, and .NET. Over the course of three episodes, we get to know them as they speak about their motivations, challenges, and what makes ITSector the ideal place to develop professionally.

From hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies to the support provided by our Academy for these tech fields, the series highlights the resources that set up our newcomers for success right from the start. But it’s not just about skills - our company culture also plays a crucial role, fostering a collaborative environment with regular events and social activities that allow these young talents to connect with more experienced colleagues.
