Across two dates in May, the new event format brought colleagues from different business areas and Development Centres together for an afternoon designed to strengthen connections beyond the usual work context. The office routine gave way to fresh air, movement and friendly competition, before the day ended with good food, good conversations and even better company.
The challenge presented to our teams was Score 100. With different missions to complete and points to collect, each group had to define its own strategy. Some chose speed, others relied on careful planning, and many quickly discovered that the best approach was a mix of both. Along the way, communication, creativity and good humour became just as important as reaching the finish line.
For ITSector, the Team Building activities remain an important part of how we strengthen our culture, support the well-being of our people and create new connections beyond the usual work context. This year’s edition showed how great teams are also built through shared challenges, informal moments and the simple energy of being together. In the end, it comes down to a shared purpose and one simple reminder: we’re on the same team.
