The excitement of our participants sets the stage for another edition full of growth, innovation, and immersive learning experiences.

The fifth edition of the Next Level Academy is officially underway, and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome a new group of talented young professionals into the #TheNextDigital universe! Designed for recent graduates and master’s students, this programme provides the perfect opportunity to step into the tech world and develop technical expertise in a dynamic environment.

We took a moment to speak with some of the newcomers to understand their expectations. For Rodrigo Alves, who enrolled in the .NET Academy and is about to step into his first professional experience, he shared: “I want to develop my IT skills and grow within a great company like ITSector, where I have the opportunity to transform the banking industry”.

For many, this internship represents not only a chance to enhance their skills and dive deeper into the technologies they’ll be working with, but also to get to know the ins and outs of this ever-evolving sector. Tiago Carvalho, who will be developing with React, also expressed his thoughts on the journey ahead, “I’m looking forward to working with a new and widely used technology while also experiencing what’s it’s like to be part of a large company.”

The programme begins with a one-month training period, during which interns will deepen their knowledge of their chosen technology – whether it’s .NET, React, Java, Android, or iOS. This initial phase provides a strong foundation before they transition to real-world projects, - applying their skills under the guidance of their respective mentors.

At its core, the Next Level Academy is about more than just learning—it’s about growth, embracing new opportunities, and shaping the next generation of tech professionals. We can’t wait to see how this year’s interns evolve and the impact they’ll make!
