On February 13 and 14, ITSector's Talent Acquisition team will be at the Computer Engineering Week (SEI) at the University of Minho, with a pitch scheduled for the final day of the event at 4:30 PM.
Still in February, we will take part in the Informatics Week (SINFO) at Instituto Superior Técnico (IST) in Lisbon on February 17 and 18, with a presentation to students on February 17 at 10:30 a.m.
In March, we will participate in two key events at the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto (FEUP). On March 10 and 11, ITSector will participate in the FEUP Engineering Days, an event focused on employability and innovation. Later, on March 26, our team will return to FEUP to join Another Day @ The Office (ADATO), another major employability and networking event organized by JuniFEUP.
"Universities are prime venues for identifying and attracting young talent in the field of technology. These events provide a unique opportunity to meet future professionals and assess their skills and abilities firsthand," says Joana Pereira, Talent Acquisition Manager at ITSector. “Our participation in university fairs allows students to interact directly with professionals in the field, expanding their networks and opening doors to internships and other career opportunities,” she adds.
Among the benefits highlighted in the job market are technology training academies for new professionals and recent graduates, workplace flexibility, as well as team-building activities and happy hours.
