What if a regular workday could turn into an adventure full of excitement, teamwork, and laughter? That’s exactly what Happy Days on Tour set out to do. The first edition was a success, offering a refreshing twist to the usual work routine.
The idea behind it was simple: break away from the everyday grind and bring a little extra joy into the lives of #TheNextLevel team. Over three unforgettable days, the tour traveled to the first development centers of this roadtrip: Bragança, Braga, and Porto.
At every stop, a series of team games and activities were organized to challenge everyone to think outside the box, foster collaboration, and embrace some friendly competition. And the excitement didn’t stop there! As always, the grand finale of each event was our iconic Happy Hour - a time to unwind, celebrate, and enjoy the company of amazing colleagues. To top it all off, the energy soared with some karaoke, adding an extra layer of rhythm and creativity to the afternoon!
But the journey doesn’t stop here - the Happy Days on Tour adventure is far from over! With more stops ahead, there are still surprises in store for our teams in Aveiro, Castelo Branco and Lisbon.
